They are perfect for before a run or as a pre-race snack as they were made with athletes in mind. The clever names and fun packaging of all the flavors is particularly enjoyable. I personally believe that Ah Fudge Nuts is the best, because it honestly tastes as if a fudge brownie and a jar of peanut butter had a healthy baby together. I sing a serenade of my love of these bars to any of my running friends who will listen. And now to you.

These are gluten and dairy free and easy to eat. I have a hard time finding bars that fit my dietary restrictions, taste good, and can fit in my cycling Jersey pockets. This flavor and the mint are my two favorites. The mint is harder to find. They have all real ingredients and don’t upset my stomach while I am exercising. LOVE these bars.

These days there are so many choices for bars and they all push their brand of magic. For me, it's all about taste and digestibility. Picky Bars are NOT DRY, so when I eat them pre, post or during the workout I don't have to wash them down with lots of water. They can sit in my tri bag for a while and when I am ready for a snack, they are still moist and tasty. Above all, my stomach is happy. Picky is a keeper!
